Privacy
Tehya Jewellery will collect personal information from you, including name, postal address and email address. We are committed to protecting your privacy and no personal information is gathered without your knowledge or active participation. We request this information for our mailing list database, which is not shared with any other business. The database is used for updating you with new products, specials and any promotions tehya jewellery may offer. Credit card information is temporarily shared by a payment gateway which allows a safe and secure payment system with our bank. Once payment is finalized this information is erased – it is NOT stored. Shop with us and feel at ease, partnering with Westpac we bring you a secure shopping experience.
Payment
Payment of your purchase is required before confirmation. We accept MASTERCARD & VISA, and provide a safe and secure system partnering with Westpac. Once payment has been made a confirmation letter will be sent to you by email to inform you that you order has been received. The invoice will be sent to you with your purchase.
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before delivery or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Postage/Delivery
Postage times will vary depending on the item of jewellery you have selected. Postage will range from 7 days to 7 weeks, our more exclusive pieces taking longer. When ordering your pieces we will inform you of the postage time expected. All our ‘Swarovski’ jewellery is handmade to order with extreme precise so when ordering expect longer postage time. Anything over 3kg will be quoted in your confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges
All Tehya Jewellery items undergo a careful system of quality control to insyre that every piece meets our high standard of excellence before posting. As such, there are NO exchanges and returns with any of our jewellery. If however, goods are deemed faulty on arrival, Tehya Jewellery is happy to exchange it. You must contact us at info@tehyajewellery.com.au within 48 hours. The item then must be returned to us in its original packaging and condition within 14 days. UNUSED and UNWORN. Once we have received your purchase back we will contact you to discuss return of goods. Returns will be at the buyers expense. In case of exchange, the new item will be delivered free of additional charge. When items are exchanged they will be exchanged with the item originally purchased, the items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be given.
